Wonderful stay near the pyramids

The team offered prompt assistance and friendly service. Our room had a flatscreen tv showing many channels. I really liked the fresh apples and cookies awaiting us. The bathroom included plenty of clean towels and toiletries (a detail I always notice).
I found the one restaurant on-site to be pricier than options outside the hotel.

The buffet included local and international choices. The menu featured good options. Breads accompanied each course, i thought it was very nice, the salad bar had fresh options, and soups were available daily, i think, they are carefully created.

The location offers a calm and safe atmosphere. The hotel provides good access to key tourist sites. The grounds provided many spaces with greenery and trees, it looked really amazing. i liked it!

The room offered great lighting in both the bathroom and at the dressing table, so useful! The room size was generous (just what i needed). The hotel also provided plenty of drawers for clothes. It was very useful.

Staff members were always smiling. The guest services team, including Tamer and Mernaa, provided excellent help. I thought that the pool staff were eager to ensure guests had beds and umbrellas. What a wonderful team.

the resort had well kept gardens. the pool area had ample space! the rooms were very clean. the restaurant and bar offered high quality service. i appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the grounds.
The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. It slightly disturbed my sleep.

the hotel had a great games room by the pool. some equipment need repair though. the gardens are quiet and very lovely after touring cairo. i appreciated the kids menu at the restaurant.

the hotel is not near many shops. it is near the pyramids. by car, it's easy to get onto the highway to downtown cairo and the airport.

my room was clean and tidy. it had a well stocked mini bar. the landscaping is beautiful and well groomed. i liked the guest rooms.
